Mercury
Free Dentistry

We take a stand with biological health practitioners against the use of mercury placement in any form into the human body be it via vaccinations, or amalgam restorations.

Symptoms of mercury toxicity

The symptoms of mercury toxicity can appear within days or 30 years later. The connection between the amalgam filling and disease symptoms is often missed mainly because it is never looked for.

White Fillings replacing Mercury Fillings
Our vision of Systemic and Holistic Dentistry

Dentistry suggests inevitably attention to detail: Fillings and crowns should match optimally. Good dentistry must, in addition, apply to the mechanical claim of a chewing tool. Both aspects lure to concentrate on the narrow-minded area of teeth and to put the mechanical aspects of dentistry as an important issue.

If mercury fillings are so bad for you why aren't they banned?

The governments of Norway, Sweden, and Denmark already banned the use of mercury fillings in dentistry back in 2009. Germany and Canada have limited their use for pregnant women and France, Finland and Austria have recommended that alternative dental materials be used for pregnant women.

In the Uk,  we are still allowed to use mercury fillings. Do these other countries know something we don’t?  Makes you think.

Should I get my mercury filling removed?

Mercury vapor is continuously emitted from mercury fillings, which means that you are directly exposed to mercury every day. The output of mercury vapor can be intensified by the number of fillings present and other activities associated with the human mouth, such as chewing, teeth grinding and the consumption of hot liquids. Studies repeatedly demonstrate that even low levels of mercury cause measurable adverse health effects.

Metal - Free Holistic Dentistry

Apart from providing quality dentistry we are a progressive dental practice and do not use mercury-containing filling material (amalgam). We specialize, among other treatments, in the safe removal of old amalgams and replacement with white natural looking fillings. Whilst we cannot guarantee that mercury is the cause of a patient’s ill health, we have witnessed significant improvements in the health of numerous patients who have undergone our mercury removal programme.

Our experienced cosmetic dentists offer safe removal of amalgam fillings and replacement with more biocompatible materials which are all metal-free.

Composite White fillings

A tooth-coloured resin and glass mixture used to restore decayed or broken teeth. Composites are also used for cosmetic improvements of the smile by changing the color of the teeth or reshaping disfigured teeth.

Composite Inlays or Onlays

Composite inlays and onlays are a good choice for people with tooth decay which is too far advanced for a filling but not serious enough for a crown.

Porcelain Onlays

A porcelain onlay is a custom-made and shaped insert that perfectly fits inside of a prepared tooth. It is securely bonded to replace the damaged part of the tooth

Ceramic Bridges

A ceramic bridge is similar to a conventional type of bridge in that it is comprised of a false tooth (pontic) and a couple of crowns which act as an anchor for the false tooth.
